Vusani Properties and sits on the boards of Adcorp Holdings, Fintech, Europ Assistance and Tshirundu (Graphicor/Simeka TWS). He is a former Director-General of the
Department of Public Service and Administration and holds a masters degree in Public and Development Management from Wits University. He also completed the Young
Managers Programme at Insead University and holds a junior law degree from the University of Limpopo. |

strong finance background and has applied his trade at Andersen/Accenture, SAB, Standard Bank and the Gauteng Provincial Government Treasury. Cecil was the Chief
Operating Officer of the Gauteng Shared Services Centre and was instrumental in the conceptualisation of this share services centre. Cecil also held the positions of
General Manager of Group Strategic Planning at Transnet and was a director at Accenture in the government market unit. |

MICHAEL ANTHONY LUIZ

Mike has held senior executive positions in various companies in the property and financial services sector. His experience is based on transaction identification
and execution activities which has enabled him to establish a broad network and knowledge base. As head of Structured Property Finance in RAD Bank, Mike developed
funding products in order to raise capital to finance property transactions to the value in excess of R1 billion. While at Gensec Bank, Mike through his association
with the Sanlam Properties Group, was involved in the establishment of a number of property companies listed on the JSE as well as implementing BEE equity funding
structures. |

GLENDA WHITE

Glenda White is a public sector specialist who has spent six years in government post 1994, first as the Head of Policy Research for the first Premier of Gauteng Province and then as the Executive Director of the Centre for Public Service Innovation (CPSI), reporting to the Minister for Public Service and Administration. She has also consulted to public sector organisations, both through Simeka Consulting, and in her individual capacity.
She is currently a Director of Verge Management Services, a company specializing in business process outsourcing, revenue management and business integration. She is a Director of Sibize International Calling, a public sector focused call centre operator. Glenda also serves on the board of Siyandza Skills Development, a training and skills development company. She specializes in business process management, stakeholder management, process innovation and programme design. She serves on the evaluation panel for the Mail & Guardian’s ‘Investing in the Future Awards’.
